whats the most common way of cutting inside corners of a granite countertop? If you are using a bridge saw or rail saw....are most people using core bits the approximate size of the inside radius and then cleaning it up with a grinder or is that a time efficient way of fabricating a top woth inside corners?

You can do it the way you are doing it. Just make sure if you do undermount sinks that way that you support the stone on both sides so it doesn't break when you finish the sinkhole.
