I have to tell you that touching up a top polish on engineered stone just doesn't work. You can repolish the whole slab but it won't match the original finish. One of our biggest customers does 100 kitchens of engineered stone a week and they have been trying to work this out for years but to no avail.
The problem is matching that "snakeskin" finish that ES has to it. There must be some type of acidic properties to the machine that does the process to give it that finish. The only thing that comes close is a product made by Alpha, but you would have to have a line polisher and it is only good on edges, not for top polishing.
Sorry I can't be more positive about this problem
