I am planning to use a 7" maikita worm drive saw to cut 3/4" marble slab.  I think I want a diamond turbo blade for this. (?)  It seems that prices vary wildly.  How can I understand the quality between one and another.   We want a good quality blade that will last for future cuts and may be able to pay extra for this.  I see that Norton sells them.  Any comments.  Will a DIY need a continuous diamond blade to successfully make a clean cut?  I plan to cut wet.
Thanks

If it is marble and not granite I recommend an electroplated blade as they are much cleaner cutting and much less likely to vibrate and cause any of the marble to break loose. Marble is a very soft and very brittle stone. Look at this one:

If it were granite you could use any of the supreme stone turbo blades on this age:

Glad to be of service,
