Does it need to be UV stable or are you looking for something that will dry water clear and remain that way?
What is your application?

You can make epoxy UV stable by adding color to it, or you could use Crystal to get a good bond on granite. This glue is UV stable and works great either indoors or outdoors.

Glad to be of service,
