i have seen bull nose profile diamond blades that are 6" but the info given says it will fit most 10" saws. I have a MK370 exp which is only a 7 inch saw, will that 6" blade work on my saw?

No it won't for 2 reasons. First of all you will never get the guard closed. Secondly the motor is not strong enough to run it.
