Hi Mark,
I am now at the point of tiling around the window and shampoo shelf in the shower. What is the sequence for installing the 12 x 12 marble tile. I am bullnosing the edges and was wondering do I mitre the corners. Thanks in advance.
PS the tools I purchased from DEFUSCO have been working out great.

if you miter the corners, you shold wait to bullnose untill after its installed. miter the pieces, install them and when its dry, come back and grind/bullnose. you will have a nice clean edge. if you bullnose first, then stick them together, yould have to grind anyway to get a clean look.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the response. If I do as you suggested how do I get the inside corner of the window. I have the bullnosing router bit I purchased from DEFUSCO Supply. Also if I do grind first what will I have to grind after I install? Would it be the corner where the two bullnosing corners meet?

Harley,
that was Cameron's response, and it would be how a fabricator would do it. Personally I would do all the work before the install as it will be easier to work with. Just measure twice and take your time.

Cut the miter cuts and dry fit the pieces for accuracy, then take them back outside and router the edge and polish them. Then do your install.

Glad to be of service,
Mark
