Does anyone have ideas or an Standard Operating Procedure in how to Package a Single Slab of Granite (weight 400lbs) for LTL?

Does anyone have ideas or an Standard Operating Procedure in how to Package a Single Slab of Granite (weight 400lbs) for LTL?
You can crate it up using 2x4's for the frame and plywood for the shipping crate.  Just make sure it stands on edge, and the frame prevents any movement of the slab inside the shipping box.

I shipped a number of slabs back east for a job last year and this is how they were crated.
