how do i remove a mineral  deposite from sealed granite?

If you mean a mineral that is part of the stone you don't, unless you cut it out. If you mean a stain from mineral oil or something like that, use an alkaline solution (caustic soda & water) and soak it. This won't hurt the finish but it should remove the stain and then you have to reseal it.

If it doesn't completely remove the stain you can doctor the stone with a material like Ager by Tenax to color enhance the stone around the stain so it doesn't stand out.

I will check with Tenax in the morning to see if they have any other ideas, but in the meantime could you give me a little more info about what you are trying to accomplish?
