A granite gravestone has metal vases attached [apparently by metal screws].  These vases have come loose.  Is there any product [glue, epoxy] by which I can repair this myself?

Epoxy will do the trick. Make sure the material is clean and dry before you begin. Here is a fast mercaptan epoxy which will dry clear, is easy to use, and won't stick to any polished surfaces. Make sure you only mix what you can apply in 10-15 minutes as it is very fast to harden. This product will take all the weather changes without weakening and should provide a permanent bond between the two materials.
Here is the link:

Glad to be of service,
Mark

Clean the stone with an alkaline solution.

You can look it up on this site.
