If you are using a genuine granite vanity top then you do not need to worry.
You can keep it always New by a simple polishing yearly.

But if this is China Made there is no guarantee.

for granite countertops, maybe you can try this way.
Once a day or whenever the countertop is dirtied, simply wash It down with some warm water and dish soap. Then, once a week or so wash with a mixture of one part white vinegar to two parts warm water. Following this simple routine will keep your granite countertops clean and nice for years to come.
hope it is useful for you. Smiley

Don't do that. If your stone has any calcium in it and the vinegar comes into contact with the calcium it will cause the stone to etch. While true granites do not contain calcium there are lots of stone that are sold as granite that do -  Black Absolute for instance.
Always use a Ph balanced cleaner with your natural stone. It will never cause etching nore remove the sealer.
Here are a couple to look at:

Glad to be of service,

In order to  maintain your countertops you need to use the correct cleaners. Their are daily cleaners specific to different types of stones, including ones that have sealer in them, so that everytime you clean you are lighty re-sealing the countertop. We reccomend that our customers use a daily stone cleaner. If you have any additional questions as to what cleaners will suite you the best just give us a call, we'll be happy to assist you.
