How do you make a rounded corner?  I need to make a 3 inch radius corner on granite surface.  What special tools are needed?

Use a brazed drum wheel. For instance, if you are making a rectangular sink with rounded corners, cut the straight cuts, plunge cut to connect the adjacent straight cuts at a 45 degree angle. Then use this drum wheel to grind the truncated corner back to the rounded shape you want.

Once you have your shape use a variable speed grinder and these polishing pads to get your shine:
