I need an Industrial Sealant for granite

I work in the biotech field and we have several granite tables.  We need to seal these table with something that will hold up to alcohol for as long as possible and give as smooth a surface as possible.  Any recommendations?

Although a sealer will not affect the smoothness of the stone, the Hydrex is a mineral based sealer which impregnates the stone and will last a long while, but under these circumstances we recommend resealing it every 6-12 months.
