We just got our granite installed.  It does has some shine to it and however when you stand above it,  it looks like rain drops are all over the top and they don't come off?  When you look from the side angle it looks dirty?  Is there a filler/gloss that makes it smooth?  When you run your hands over the granite you can feel all of the individual stones (quartz), will dirt and stains get in there?

Rocky, call the fabrication shop that installed it & have them fix it.

Granite is a luxury and should be luxurious!

If they can't or won't do anything I need more detail - how far off of 1 plane is it? Picks would help. I can't recommend a solution until I know what the problem is for certain.
