Hi,
We have just had granite countertops installed with a 4" backsplash.  On one longer section the backsplash is seamed.  In one section there is a gap of about 1/8" where the backsplash meets the counter.  In the other sections it is almost perfectly flush and visually flows smoothly.  The gap is apparent from a distance.  A picture showing the gap is attached.  I would appreciate any comments about whether this is acceptable practice or not and what should or can be done to correct it if it is not considered acceptable?
Thank you in advance for any input and help.l

Can you also post a pic of the length which shows the good part of the seam for comparison?

Is this on a long run?  Does the seam get tighter/better at the ends?

1st you should not have to mix color ,ding dong, either the splash is bow cut or the tops are not level i only tape off and use LEXEL to finish
