We are ready to get "Cambrian black " antiqued finish .
What kind of tool or process or both should I use to match slab with the edges?
Thanks

Are you using a chiseled edge or a finished edge? That's important to know for me.

For the finish I would look at the Pectro Black:

Tenax has Airflex brushes which you would use on a wet polisher and it will bring out the color of the stone and give it some texture - similar to an old leather belt or a satin finish in paint. The finish of the stone is going to look somewhere between a honed finish & a polished finish.

Is this what you want? Their are 5 different grits of brushes in a set, and the set will cost you $125, plus you will need to have access to a wet polisher.
