Granite Bullnose Edge

Hello,
All I recently started looking into purchasing granite for my kitchen countertops after getting several different prices from local Stone shops i decide to start pricing the granite and take on the task of fabricating the granite and installing it. First of i am a new at fabricating granite but have done my fare share of installing and have been remolding and building homes for 10 + years so pretty handy when it comes to building things. After looking around i found 4 slabs of this white granite that would be enough to do my kitchen counter tops. I purchase the how to video's from DeFusco and feel comfortable with the cutting and laminating process. What i am concerned with is the profiling of the Edge i would like to have a full bull nose edge on the granite. The stone is 1in thick and i have not been able to find a brazed profiler bit that could profile a 2in laminated edge. I have a 30mm full bullnose bit that can produce the single edge but i would like to laminate the edge and give it a 2in full bull nosed edge. I just ordered the Bullnose how to video from DeFusco and awaiting on its arrival to see if it can provide me with any insight to how to accomplish the full 2in bullnosed edge i am looking for. I mainly am looking for any suggestions on what tools i will need and any suggestions on how to make this edge. I was thinking of taking a 4 1/2in brazed concave wheel and cutting the top and bottom edge down about 1/4in and using a 40mm brazed full bullnosed profiler wheel to cut the edge. Was wondering would this be my best approach or is there another method i should consider?
