What should some of my concerns be when ordering? Do they come already sealed? Is there anything else I should know about before deciding on granite?

The best place I found is in Michigan they have decent prices and my granite countertop is still flawless after 2 years http://www.graniteandcountertops.com/countertops.html  I live in Birmingham MI but they service all of Oakland and Macomb County.
