I am trying to find out if there are any videos or booklets on how to make granite kitchen sinks, specifically the farmers type, and what epoxies or sealants to use.  And, are the sinks made out of 3/4" or 1 1/4" material?  Thanks.

Both 3/4" thickness and 1 1/4" are ok , it depends on the shape and specification of sinks .

I agree with stone21, it depends upon the specification of the sinks.
If you want videos try to visit youtube, there you could find videos on how to make granite sinks.
Booklets and pamphlets, try to visit a local stone or tile company nearest your vicinity.
They could have what you are looking for.
Hope this helps!
Good luck on your project.
