Hi Everyone, I would really appreciate some help! I have recently had Nero Abbsoluto granite work surface fitted, after a couple of days I noticed that white rings were appearing on the surface most likely associated with glasses.  What ever I did I couldn't get rid of them! I tried using Bar Keepers Friend Granite cleaner, which I admit probably wasn't the best idea, but this has lifted some colour out of the granite. As soon as I did this I noticed on the white cloth black residue. Can any one advise if this should happen, is it likely that the surface has been dyed, or could I have taken the sealer of accidental. Trying to have some info before involving the supplier.

Thanks.

It sounds like a sealer problem. Either way, if you get it cleaned, another coat of sealer will be needed!

Stone Tech's enhancer pro sealer is good stuff. It will darken stone somewhat depending on type and polish, you might be able to get a sample from your local distributor.
