Thanks for this information, I contacted these folks and the sent me a kitchen sink cradle that I used for a retro fit due to leaks in my sink.  After removing the wood and shims used to hold the sink in, I followed the directions and installed the cradle.  After I installed the cradle and sealing system I tried it before caulking and it held water just as they said.  The system was a little intimidating at first and after a call to help me out, everything went as designed.  Sink is solid and I feel that this product is all that is stated and more.  Don't be afraid to use this product!
